Semi detached update. Not a lot. Everyone is busy. If you are a good trade you are in demand right now. We’ve been focusing on other builds and letting this one languish. There are some good project management lessons here. A lot of what these builds are relate to momentum. With good momentum the project partly steers itself. Once it stalls it take a lot more management effort it boot it back up.
Garage framed, sidewalks poured, electrical started. This one got some momentum after languishing in project management wonderland. I like what I see from this build. Sound fundamentals lead to great detail opportunities. Totally changed the plans for the basement after I saw it in real time and space vs what the plans offered. I’m really enjoying building this model for the second time.
